The service

Klauve provides scheduling and patient-communication tools to medical practices. Practices are responsible for the content they send and for obtaining appropriate consent from their patients.

Text messaging

By providing your mobile number and consent, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and related messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Klauve disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
